account disabled for over a week and no response
My account got disabled on may 9th after i “indicated i was under 13”, i sent a appeal with the requirements and stuff and still no response back from them, it's honestly really sad that discord cant do it correctly than before, because before a year ago when i got it disabled they only took 2 days to respond and now its been a week and no response from them yet, my ticket is still open, i just want discord support to respond back and reinstate my account because i had 3 years worth of server messsages, friends, dms and also buying discord nitro aswell.

My account was also deleted for TOS violations 3 days ago now, and no response to my support ticket yet either. I really only use discord to chat with my D&D group. To top it off, I made a new account and it was banned the moment I sent my first friend request. I get that it's mostly a free platform, but something is seriously wrong with their system, for both account banning and customer support.
