Let's face it a problem since 2019 will never be solved.

Vote this please so Discord might see this.

Discord, I am very disappointed with the site's service and the support team. Guess what? My SMS for my 2fa has been disabled without MY KNOWLEDGE. I already told our support team this, gave them a bunch of information (list at the end) and they still copy and paste for “privacy reasons” which THEY DON'T STATE. I sent pictures, screenshots, all full images with date and time, from 2021-2023. And guess what, I'm still locked out.

It's been a month since I've been logged out, and I quit trying to get back in. It's hopeless, Discord support will destroy your hope. Until discords FIXES the issue, I am not a happy Discord User.

My Username on discord is Poke_Husky (or pokehusky) and I've been a member since May 10, 2021. If I get back into my account, Discord will prove their support team, useful.

No matter how much proof you can show discord, it is never enough, if you have this issue, QUIT discord.  Until they fix it.

If anyone can actually help me back into my account, I would appreciate that too!

• Reasoning (almost 600+ words each)
• Display name
• Username
• Old Username
• Email
• Phone number
• Images of proof that SMS was disabled
• the first 2 words of one of my old passwords
• User ID
• Messages from 2021-2023 (full-screen not enabled so date + time is in the corner)
• one support ticket contained my history page of my discord tabs from Jan-April
