i was banned for being under 13 years old
I have already tried to contact support more than 4 times about my problem, I have already taken photos, i have already sent my ID, everything!!!!!!!! they mark my ticket as resolved, but I still cannot use my account Does anyone know what I can do?

This happened to me as well. I made a joke about being 12 and got my account suspended. I learned that if you send in a ticket more than once, they'll just mark it as solved because it clogs the ticket system. I've been waiting for about 4 days, man. I hope we both can get our accounts back, but so far the service seems really slow.
