Discord won't appeal my account

background information: I gave my little brother my old discord account when he turned 13 aswell as my old gaming stuff 2 years ago. At the time we lived in a country where the age requirement was 13. We recently moved to a country where the age requirement is 16, and he got banned for being 14. 

I (a 17 year old turning 18 soon) submitted an appeal with a selfie of me holding my passport picture and username written on a sheet of paper, as the account has nostalgic value to me and I don't want it permanently deleted. There many things I had saved on there that I really can't afford to lose.

Two weeks have passed now with no response. I emailed discord support two days ago and never got an email back, and we're really starting to worry. I won't let my brother use discord until he turns 16, but if I could get the account unbanned I would greatly appreciate it.

    The account username was “el_koza”.

    My account got hacked and reported for underage. Now it is banned and I'm getting no help, while they are posting a malicious links in our server.
