"We Cannot Provide Further Information" Response
On April 13th, my account was hacked through the reporting scam. Since then I've been making tickets and the closest I've ever gotten was when “Discord Trust and Safety” told me this:
Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request.
I have no idea what this is supposed to mean. I provided everything I could. Dates, IDs, images of the conversation, etc. Nothing. What do I do now? Am I screwed?

just resend another ticket.. apparently these who got their account back got the same message from support so instead they made another one..

I confirm, the answer you got there means they closed your ticket and you need to open a new one.
