Hacked account with discord support scam

I got a DM from an old friend on discord saying they accidentally reported me and showed an order number and to friend a certain discord account to work out the issue. Person had me change my email and i got locked out of my account. Now I sent one ticket through my old aol account but I didn't remember the number part of my username. When I remembered after creating a new discord account and seeing my old account on a server, I sent a new email with my gmail to discord support with that information. But they went with the original email I sent that has inaccurate information. How do I get them the right info? This is ridiculous. I can't reply to a discord support email more than once? Is my account lost forever? I've had it for 6 years, I have so many memories and if they're all gone, I'll be devastated.
