25 days, no response to my ticket about my locked account (age verification)

Followed all their steps and 25 days later I got no response, thankfully my ticket is still Open but it's still ridiculous

Most websites respond in 24-48, how tf does it take them 25 days to look at a picture of an ID?

And of course when they lock your account, your Nitro subscription is not paused, so people are literally getting charged money (I wonder if this is by design) and never see refunds

All this because I typed “I'm 12” as a joke to a response of someone calling me a teenager lol (I'm in my 20s)

    There's really no hope with this moderation , all they do is just mark the request as solved even though they didn't do shit and won't give and answer. All they do i send the bot to say the same shit

    nothing, they deleted my acc i send request like month ago , and again , again.  and nothing this is last message from today . If you're referring to an account associated with a different email address, please send us a new ticket through that other email address instead.) they deleted  my account and send me this text.  very sad support 0 help.

    I'm so glad I don't buy Nitro, I heard they keep charging you while your account is locked and refuse to refund after…

    What happened? I'm having the same issue and it's been 16 days. I'm afraid tthey might ignore me like they did to the accounts talked aabout above 😭
