Account unrightfully suspended for my age

Hello,

my account was suspended on the 20th of May and ever since then I am waiting on any kind of response to my tickets. I opened a few, bc I didnt know I could do it on here. But by now all of them are automatically deleted and I cant even see the one I send first? Another mod (from the other team) told me to wait, which I did (lil more than 2 weeks) and no reply to anything. Now all the tickets are gone, one “old” one is open and I updated it with a new pic, but no reply. Its been about 3 weeks now so today I opened a new ticket, because, again, no reply. It got marked as solved about an hour ago and I am wondering? What is going on. I never even made a joke that im underage or anything, yet my account is suspended for it. Im 27 years old and this is ridiculous. Especially when the people from the support click on the ticket and do nothing? Mark it as solved? I dont know what I can do. Its been a month now.

    THE EXACT SAME IS HAPPPENING TO MEEEE 😭 ig the only thing we can do is wait man. this is so so sooo tragic

    Commenting will refresh your ticket id, maybe that's why you get pushed back into the queue?

    Commenting does not move the ticket back, I asked discord on Twitter, only adding new causes the ticket to move back to the beginning of the queue ( not visible ) 

    If that were the case then any interaction with discord by replying in comments would cause a ticket to wait again for processing and that is not the case!!!
