I GOT MY ACCOUNT BACK
I recovered my discord account in 19 days. I was banned for underage. I sent only one ticket. I replied in it once on the 10th day of waiting, because I unhooked the phone number from the account I sent the ticket from also replying in a ticket does not make it go back in the queue as you reply once unless you do it 378292 times then it is possible that you can go back in the queue.

that's good, you reckon its alright if I have 2 tickets and I only replied to one of them because they accidentally marked it as solved?

If one of these tickets is active and is done according to their recommendations yes you can rest assured, I have noticed that with each new solution to problems among people the help is getting faster and faster it is possible that you will wait even less than me

hey wdym u removed the phone number? does that do anything? i filled in my number in the appeal form cuz it was optional but i dont remember if my discord account was paired with my number. that shouldnt effect the process right?

The phone number is optional you can provide it or not. However, I provided the number, made a new account was detected unusual activity on it and I was forced to provide the phone number, which unequivocally involved unplugging it from the account from which I created the ticket. I wrote in reply that I unblocked the number and please disregard it, and there were no problems to get it unblocked after 19 days

oh alright! but if i have my number in the appeal thing even if my account isnt paired to it (maybe), it wont effect me getting my account unsuspended right? also im really glad you got ur account back and tysm for updating! u have no idea how much better this made me feel after seeing so many people be negative.

yo, i got banned yesterday for being underage, didnt joke about my age i literally just said the number 12 in a server, discord told me they aren’t taking answers through emails so i made a ticket instead, how will i know if theyve seen it? thank u.

I waited 18-19 days for a response, which is potentially among all the people who shared unlocking really fast. With each new unban the length of the wait decreases for example as I have seen and on my own:
32d->30->28->24-> and now my 18-19 days. However, this is not necessarily a rule and it is better not to suggest it, I am only telling you because I can see that waiting every day will rip your head off, but to the point
If you click on Avatar in the upper right corner you can go to the activity tab. There you can see the created tickets. If you have created one ticket do not create more because you will only prolong your queue. There you have a field next to the date of creation of the last activity, which suggests whether your ticket was noticed. Don't expect to see your ticket anytime soon, because it doesn't suggest anything. I had my activity only when I replied in a ticket, and it was not human activity but a bot that checked if it was definitely not spam. And the next activity including this one was literally a day,two before unblocking. Also I don't think this is a rule. Don't worry if you created a ticket according to the advice and recommendations you followed, you will definitely get unblocked.

I just got another age restriction suspension on top of the one I had 9 days ago which meant someone reported my message again (context: I joked that I was 9). Does anyone know if my current appeal will remove both of them

Well I also got my account disabled, it'll be a week tomorrow and Nelly/Florent keeps closing my tickets. I tried to keep only one open but at some point Florent closed it in a way I couldn't reopen it.
So I created yet again a ticket but this time I tried to follow an advice I saw online to add a picture to the message you send after it was marked at solved 5min after sending the request, just so you reopen it, and supposdly the bot doesn't mark it as solved a second time. So far it's the longest time I have a ticket remaining open so I hope this will work …

Today my account has been disabled due to spam ( I was about to join with my friend's friend server and after I completed the captcha , my account log out suddenly ). Now I send two (2) tickets and hope they will see it, my account was created since 2017 and I'm not ready to lose and leave the community I loved.

Do you think creating two tickets will slow down the time it takes for a response? I have two open right now, and the first one is 14 days old, with one reply from me on it. I'd delete the second one if I could, but.

Update, I managed to get the ticket open for 3 days but bot Florent closed it again with no possibility to reopen it. So I asked for a follow-up ticket to see if that works…

I just recently talked with the Discord Support in Twitter and they said “our social team doesn't have any information regarding Discord accounts being disabled/banned. hat is handled exclusively by our Trust & Safety team for security purposes. I apologize for the delay in response to your ticket.” Thank you.

Every once in a while they can either verify that your ticket is still in the queue or they'll directly intervene
