Discord Support Team Aren't Helping
Hello, My name is Fatih. I got hacked by downloading file from discord. I can't get in account. I have e-mail and phone access. I'll provide all details about that topic. I downloaded a file from a stranger(That's my wrong, I was checking but It didn't happened as I think). This file was a virus. The stranger are opening account's and puts a link in their bio.
This is a example of that.
I gave all details about this situation. The stranger sign up to MFA and I can't login after that. The discord team said, use backup codes. I didn't open it, how can I know the backup code? They aren't helping about that situation. It should be fixed. I hope that post will help to me. Please you guys support me. Thanks, for listening me!

Yeah, this is an known scam and it's 50/50 that their team that can help you. File an request about it ASAP before they ban that account
