I have had a enough of this. Need help

My account was disabled without warning out the blue November 2023 since then Discord support have stuck me with bot after bot. I submitted my  my real ID to them like they asked but i get same messages asking me again for ID. Meanwhile I see people few days already got their account back. I'm afraid after 30 days my account is gone forever. I don't understand why i been jerked around like.
