False Ban related to age

I am 22 years old and I was banned for “being underaged” i have opened at least 7 support tickets and each of them are being marked as solved. Every single time I send a new picture with me and my license and my discord name ALL clearly visible. Yet they are marking it as solved each time and don’t even check! This is ridiculous! I need to get back into my account and whatever system flagged my account is garbage. Nelly from customer service is just marking my ticket as solved without any response or reasoning or care in the world. I need this to be solved.

    It would be fine if Discord actually read my claim instead of just marking it as “Solved” despite not even looking at it.

    I have been waiting for a response from support for 4-5 whole days and all 5 requests are marked simply as solved
