Account disabled for TOS or community guidelines Should Have higher chance of reinstated

Currently,it is Nearly impossible to get an account reinstated after Disabled for violating TOS or community guidelines,unless Having An exteme RNG luck(being extremely lucky) or giving An extremely good reasoning ,It has EXTREMELY LOW CHANCE(but not 0) to get it back,I Would SUGGEST TO Increase the chance of appeal sucess to Like 10% or 15%
