cant unlink my discord since hacker has it

This is honestly so disappointing, I tried to see if I could unlink my steam or my youtube from my account. Unfortunately it says i have to log into discord to unlink them, since a hacker has my account and discord keeps sending me bots I'm stuck with all my stuff linked to that account. Like if youre not gonna help revert my email at least allow me to unlink my stuff from the account.
