"Account disabled for age verification" is frustrating for all parties.
Hi. Like many of you before me, I too have had my account disabled for an awkward amount of time.
I completely complied with all of the rules, checkboxes, instructions etc. I've contacted Discord and Discord_Support on Twitter several times, emailed support@discord.com, and there's an open ticket of mine made on the same day, which has been left open and ignored for 7+ days at this time of writing.
On all platforms, I've been completely ghosted without a hint of acknowledgement, despite being a completely compliant user of good standing, and nitro subscriptions for multiple years. As far as I'm aware, accounts disabled for age verification process get automatically erased on the 30th day, and at this rate, it's looking likely that my account will be erased, sadly.
I urge Discord to have better systems in place for transparency to prevent this level of stress and anxiety. As I'm sure many of you share the same thoughts, I hold a lot of sentimental value on my account. I've had it for 8 years on continuous friendships and conversations, having a lot of great fond memories and experiences. There has been a lot of people who've unfortunately passed during that time, and Discord is practically the only place where I hold memories of some of these folks.
I'm sure Discord Support is overwhelmed in ticket requests. I have no ill will towards the team at tedious hard work. I only wish there was more transparency and leniency involved with such cases, given the circumstances. A lot of the frustration comes from the lack of clarity involved in the process, and the anxiousness of waiting for a response, knowing that if it reaches a certain number, your existence is erased from the platform. Each passing day of no response only heightens that fear.

I am having the same problem, although I have not broken any rules, when I write to the discord support mail for help, they say open a ticket from the site and even if you open it, they do not respond, I hope your problem will be solved as soon as possible.

As the person to whom support responded after deleting my account, I confirm the words about 30 days
