Its awesome to see these ticket support,

i wrote a ticket about a problem with Abonnement´s. All alright at first - they tried to help at first till Support “Rabia” enterd the chat und “tried to help with an answer” we cant do anything here u have to contact Apple. After that He/She imediatly closed my ticket and havent answered on any question further on.

Okay so i thought of a second ticket and describing the Problem again. This time i saw on the right handside this ticket was handed to “Rabia”. What did He/she? She imediatly closed the ticket again without any message on it.

Love how this support work by just closing tickets where help is needed.
