Some other guy has my account, staff closed all my tickets, should I send another?

I’ve sent a lot of proof (screenshots of the conversation) of the process of me getting scammed. I got a reply from a staff member but nothing much after. Now all my tickets are closed for comments. Should I send in another?

I heard sending another ticket gets you pushed down the queue, and that staff members will still leave notes on the ticket. I don’t know how true it is. Does someone in the community know if it is?

Also, this person bought nitro. Should I open a case with PayPal or the bank? I heard PayPal sucks.

    Remember, initiating an chargeback gets your account banned

    Open a case with your bank for the payment thing, and perhaps even the police since it’s illegal. As for the tickets, If it’s not letting you add comments to your existing ones I think you should keep making tickets until one of them stays open

    dude they literally dont care.
    People working for discord are literal paki scammers who will first threaten you to pay the ransom in nitro or else they will call you and broadcast video of underage boys undressing.
    All this so they can suspend your account to sell the logs to movie producers making sure you wont sue anyone for copyrights.
    No you can't appeal, accounts suspended for minimal age requirements will never be verified because there is no reason for them to be. No matter how many tickets or requests you make, they will be automatically marked as solved without any sort of review then postponed until eventual deletion due to prolonged suspension.

    I recommend you to call the bank and tell it. Since they don't help, At least you can save your money. Discord support doesn't really help to hacked accounts especially the “account hacked by someone impersonating staff or support” ones. They just say to create a new account!

    Well that sucks. I’ll keep trying but discord as a service needs to do better. Now I’m scared to do a chargeback cause I don’t want my account banned.
