Ban due to age and ignored by support
Four days ago I was banned because of my age, but I am 25 years old. Every day I write to support and there is no reaction in response

if you open multiple tickets you will likely not get a response from the support

Me too my Account have been disabled since the 7th I’ve uploaded my face with id and my username and but the bot can’t comprehend that so them u uploaded my passport face and username and still the bot can’t figure it out.

If she responds within 7-15 days, then why do they write something completely different on the forums?

I use ds for work like many other people. Why should I wait an indefinite amount of time because of people who simply reported that I was under 13 years old?

Konstanta those are typically outliers (after all, assuming nothing extraordinary happens with someone's ticket, there is less of a chance for them to need to make a forum post about it). In the worst cases it seems like it can take up to a month, but completing the ticket process accordingly should expedite the process and lower the odds of it not being resolved greatly

Reporting somebody for being “underage” is far too easy, an abusable system by trolls that just wish to harm others. For example, somebody can get you banned if you typo your age, if you are 25 but accidentally type 5 without correcting your message within a split second somebody can report you & get you banned.
Discord offers no warnings in the ToS about not joking about your age, etc, so if you aren't aware of how strict the rule is you're in immediate punishment territory. Only word of mouth can really warn you about the danger imposed on your account here.
I was just waking up, went to do a bit of banter in discord & people were talking about their mental ages, I made the mistake of joking about my mental age & somebody reported me for it.
Another lesson learned, do not talk in public discord communities, not worth it & most of the people are terrible anyways.1 -
Tbh I feel like most of the underage TOS reports are initiated by AI rather than human reports, I joked about being 12, was warned by pretty much everyone I was chatting with and deleted the message within a minute, just to be banned a few hours later

It takes so long to fix this issue… It is not fair. The all situation is ridiculous, getting account disabled for age restriction and after it you wait days,months without any information what is going… For something we can prove for 1 min

Hello,
my Discord account was recently disabled for "being below the age of 13", which I am not. I have provided a fully detailed ticket in the Discord support, but I have unfortunately been ignored for 11 days straight. I have no clue to where to move on next, because my account contained my whole career as a developer.
Any response would be helpful. Thank You!

it took 15 days for my account to be unbanned you have to be patient.

I opened a ticked about resolving my account suspension due to a joke about me being “underage” when i am clearly not. I uploaded a photo of myself holding my ID and a piece of paper with my username on it and I thought it was pretty clear. The ticket status says that it is solved, but what does that mean? I can’t log onto my account and I don’t know what to do… I have had my account since early 2019 and I really need it back.

So i got another violation active 2 days after mu account got suspended (I have 2 now). They are about breaking the rule for minimum age requirements. I am not underage, I am 17 and in the ticket I opened attached a photo with me holding my ID. Why would I get another violation active if I cand even access my account?
