Ok, so let me give this a rundown.
So, someone in my dms mistakenly reported me, and today I just got the impending ticket on my account. The person cannot do anything to revoke it, so I contacted the person who had dealt with the ticket, Stephanie Hess.
I spoke with Hess through discord, and I couldn't change my email(although she requested it because it was too long). We were trying to access my transactions when I got logged out of my account. Both the email Hess gave me and my personal email did not work, and resetting my phone password didn't work either.
Before talking to Hess, I was speaking to Support Desk through email, and to Nelly's(person who was at the support desk) request, I re sent my ticket. And sent four follow up emails. What do I get?
No response for an hour(and counting).
I need help fast.

1. How do you believe someone reported you mistakely if you didnt see any proof?
2. Nelly is a discord moderation bot that is not a real human and close your tickets at scheduled time
3. Discord moderators not contacting u through the app, dont be tricked
