My account has been falsely disabled (and vent about Discord's atrocious lack of support)
A week ago, I found out my account was falsely disabled by Discord because I had apparently “violated TOS guidelines”, which is also false. I have sent multiple tickets to Discord but they force me to keep running in circles.
I have also provided them numerous screenshots, showing the “your account has been disabled” message, plus emails from Discord Support stating that I need to go to my account standings page on my account, which I can't because my account itself has been disabled.
I'm at the end of my rope with this. A normal simple human cannot even interact with me. It has to be either Clyde or Nelly, a Discord bot. I'm sick of the unprofessionalism, dishonesty and demoralising nature of Discord's support system (or lack of support I should say). It has happened to many other users and now it has happened to me; some ending with no resolution and therefore their previous account abandoned or permanently banned (which is disheartening to say the least) in large part due to poor customer service and poor management.
I'd get better support from a brick wall.
If anyone knows how to get my account back (because at least on here, I'm speaking to an ACTUAL HUMAN BEING), then it would be much appreciated.

I tried with General Questions. Got told off for filing too many tickets and to take it with T&S which gave the same answers as you gotgot

yes, discord support is HORRIBLE, there is not even a single human for support (nor is it even a job offer on their website) they have been incredibly unreliable and more so pointless. if your banned, have your standing damaged, or have multiple tickets open with different problems, they will flat out ignore you.

Just so everyone knows, THIS is the long email I sent them a week ago. Nothing of note has happened since and I am forced to keep running in circles with their terrible support system.

I've seen some users saying that after many weeks (sometimes months even), Discord finally decided to get off their ass and finally bring back their accounts. Whether that happens with me remains to be seen. It's been over 1 week now. Many replies, many tickets. Still nothing.

I'm facing the same problem too! I got my account disabled around 2 weeks ago saying I broke ToS on June 14, 2024 (they didn't actually say the date, it said the number of days ago and I did the math), and at first I thought I really did something wrong. BUT Discord didn't send me ANY INFORMATION on WHERE I broke Discord ToS and WHAT content actually broke it. Nevertheless, I deleted any and all pictures I uploaded during that time, and any messages which may have been mistaken to be against the ToS in every server and DMs on that particular day. A few days ago, Discord disabled my account AGAIN and said that I broke their ToS again, but get this - the date when I apparently “broke ToS” is on the SAME DATE which the first disabling said (14 June 2024). I even checked my messages on the 13th and the 15th of June, but I found NOTHING that went against their rules. On both the times my account got disabled, I sent many appeals to Discord, hoping that someone could help me out or at least tell me what's wrong. But all I'm getting as a response is a stupid automated reply from Clyde, a Bot. It's really annoying and I'm starting to shift accounts slowly. I've got my alt account onto most of the servers I created so that I don't lose any precious memories I have on them. It's really annoying that Discord is being very unprofessional about their support, and I'm worried that I'll lose my account just like everyone else.

Yeah. I know how you feel. Getting automated bot replies from Clyde all the time SUCKS. It's been almost 3 weeks for me and I haven't gotten anything back from Discord. No help whatsoever.

I feel that. My friend's acc was hacked and its been 3 days. Though the same shit happened to another friend and discord immediately helped them. like HELLO?

It makes no sense that Discord Support would take SO LONG to reply to one person, even with the amount of bots they control. It's also weird that they'd help very few people getting their accounts back while many MANY other user have to wait weeks or even months.

I swear, Discord is starting to get really bad in the recent times, with their updates and stuff. Instead of actually giving us better accessibility to the app and giving us better support options, they're just tryna find ways to get us to buy expensive perks we don't need. I once got my account hacked and at that time, there was an actual PERSON who helped me get my account back in a couple hours! I don't know why their support got so bad now.

Thier support is HORRIBLE. I’ve request some messages of mine to be deleted and they have pretty much said they cannot do it after repeatedly telling me they can, they close my ticket??
