Why can t you reinstall games got you got from a code ?

I can not reinstall last year the nightmare and i don t understand how the heck to get it back can you please help me i only got to play to game once and after that it didn t work anymore then i lookd for answers and didn t find any so i tried to uninstall and install but the game disapeard and i can t get it from the code again ,please give me my game back discord.
