Overlay isn't working

A long time ago (when there wasn't even video calls) Discord overlay was working perfectly. But after some update I can't even see Discord logo in games. Overlay is enabled in settings, in Game Activity, but I can't use it. Help me please!

Edit: I'm starting Discord as admin

    @N1Nikita есть такая вещь связанная с правами, если Дискорд запущен с обычными правами, а игра с правами админа, то оверлея не будет. Чтобы он был надо выйти из Дискорда и запустить его снова от админа, тогда будет оверлей.

    Я всегда запускаю Дискорд с правами администратора, это не влияет на оверлей в моём случае

    In game overlay stopped working for me as well.  The Default key bind isn't working in my games either.  When I go to the key bind screen, the keyboard characters box shows empty.  I'll attempt to set it, exit settings, then go back and its empty again.  So then I'll go into Key bind menu, delete the existing key bind, create a new one, then as soon as select "Overlay Lock" or "Overlay" from the drop down list, it crashes Discord.
