I can't seem to open discord attachment image links

When someone sends a discord attachment (cdn.discordapp.com/attachments) whenever I click on it some random code script appears saying that "anonymous caller does not have storage.objects to get access." This is a picture: https://gyazo.com/b754b3cc1940e1b0cdfeed98191b700e This has not happened until like a week ago. Anyone know why?
