Allow "Direct Message" chats to stay on the sidebar

This would save you the trouble of having to go into another tab just to message a few buddies that you talk to directly often. I'm actually shocked that this feature hasn't already been included, twitch already has this.

    Been waiting years for this feature. Really want to have quicker access to conversations with my close friends.
