Ability to block people from giving themselves a role under them.

So, many times I think that discord servers should have the ability to block users from giving themselves a role that is under their current role. Even for people who have an administrative role. I have one person who gives themself every role that is under them, including the bot role I made. It can get quite frustrating when I see their name with a huge list of roles that don't pertain to that person's role in the server.
