Circular dead-zone for mouse on chat-bar emote menu hover

Implement a circular deadzone for when the mouse hovers over the emote menu that pops up when typing emotes manually in the chat bar, currently when your mouse is hovering over the emote menu while typing an emote it will select the emote it hovers over even if you know youre not moving the mouse. This causes the hovered emote to be selected when you hit enter while you actually wanted to select the top one that is selected by default as this will be the most used emote. To prevent this you have to select the emote with your mouse which is inconvenient if you wanna converse a lot and fast Something like this or maybe smaller: https://i.imgur.com/4x2EZmE.png

  This can be prevented by keeping your mouse in the actual text field at the bottom of Discord, or by pressing the up arrow key a few times. A better solution, instead of a deadzone (which could end up being too large, or not scaled to other systems), would be to not allow mouse selection through that prompt until after the mouse is moved (instead of autoselecting when chat updates).
