Tab completion does not work on iPad

Hello,
On iOS, it appears that tab completion of channel names and username mentions does not work — instead, the app interprets <TAB> literally and just inserts a tab. This makes the mobile app much less convenient to use.
Overall, it would be nice if the iOS app, at least on iPads, recognized keyboard shortcuts used by the desktop and web apps.
