Modals on top of each other

According to Tarek (https://i.imgur.com/dAsOZnQ.png), this is not a bug: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/420995378582913030/541237826851700736/C3AdveAAAAAElFTkSuQmCC.png. So I suggest that this looks really weird, and should be overlooked. Reproduce by opening the emoji picker on desktop and then hit `CTRL/CMD` + `K`.
