Alternative way to find and add user

I would like to have a customizable @-name where you can add people as friends. Since the current hash tag option isn't very convenient, I'd suggest making it easier to use customizable @names such as Skype. Of course you could also add a nitro feature like a certain length for nitro users.

For example: 5 characters for normal users, 10 characters for nitro users.
