disable pm invites

so i think there should be a option to turn on and off dm invites

let me enplane how it would work. if you have dm's off and you get a dm invite from a user that is not your friend discord deletes the invite and auto blocks the user. only does this if they have the setting turned on and are not friends.

the detection should be smart to. so it can find broken invites like this (discord . gg ' \ link here) in the quotes are the invite. and if it does see a false positive the user can just unblock them and it system wont re block them just for that person
