Discord Lags on Macbook Air 2018

Hello,

I have recently bought a Macbook Air 2018, and the Discord client performs so slowly, with stutters and lag everywhere. I have tried turning hardware accelaration off, but this only makes it worse.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? And is there any way to fix it?
