link spoilers only embedding on click

Rather than embedding the image first and showing the spoiler mark on it separately if the link was flagged as spoiler, it would be amazing for images only to embed once someone clicks on the spoiler tag. Same for invite links and anything that can be embedded natively through links within discord!

    Embeds can be prevented by not having any space between the rails and the link ||link|| vs || link ||

    To be double sure, you can use the diamond <link> to prevent embeds like usual, within a spoiler tag. || <link> ||
