The cost of the game on the page in the store does not match the amount withdrawn from the bank card

The store price is 499 rubles corresponds to 7.61 usd. When i making a purchase, I chose the region of the Russian Federation, filled in the address and city fields, but the "continue" button was inactive. I chose another region (Rwanda) and the amount has changed to 2005.00 rubles (29.99 usd). I did not notice it and paid
I would like to clarify the situation. Why such a significant difference in price for different regions? Is it a deliberate deception?

    I think that this was an accidental miscalculation due to it having to load prices, it kinda looks that way since ur dms are still being loaded, also why are u not in any discord servers lol
