Visually show that friend requests are disabled

Hi there, when trying to friend someone who have disabled friend requests on desktop, pressing "add friend" tells you that it has been sent, but it hasn't. I think this action should be greyed out and have click disabled with a tooltip explaining that friend reqs are disabled.

  One may say that the person doesn't want everyone to know he actually disable so he has no questions about it. But then, why can you actually know if friend requests are disabled using the name#discrim method?
