Lossing ability to hear every 5 minutes

This has been an on going problem for several months and no response from Discord.  I connect to my discord chat, I can hear everyone and talk to everyone and they can hear me.  Literally, every after 3-5 minutes I cannot hear anyone, but they can still hear me.  I have to shut down discord and restart it, rinse and repeat.  No one knows how or what is happening.  I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it twice, still no change in what I am experiencing.  I can't raid or just talk to folks without this re-occurring on a daily basis.  It is not intermittent, it is constant and consistent. 

PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS!
