Like next to the user's username/nickname, there's an eyeball icon or something of the like

like this idea, helpful for DM's too like a read thing.

Makes people uncomfortable, adds a weird pressure to respond to DMs, etc. If this MUST be added, make it in some way able to be toggled off.
