Unfair banning of IP on an illegal server

how can you do to report discord server that hacks, steal personal information for malicious use and also share illegal content when you ban an IP banned me to prevent them from reporting and I do not have access to your server to report your ID previously had reported and recovered their server again but now I can not since I do not have access to the server to report them.
