Those muted/blocked are not muted/blocked anymore when they should be.

My android discord app used to mute and block post alerts from selected users. They are bots if that matters. The desktop client does this just fine but after a recent mobile update the android client stopped blocking them. When using the desktop client everything is fine until I close it. Then my phone blows up with a flood of notifications from the time the desktop client was active.The bots are redundant copies of the Genesis bot for Warframe and this needs to be fixed or I'm going to be forced to leave the associated servers. I tried changing the settings, it makes no difference at all.
