Pictures won't appear when i want to choose one to send

When i try to send any picture on mobile, only the one i downloaded after the problem show up. I dont know why is that, but its a thing i guess. Im able to choose a picture that has no minature and send it, but minature of it wont show, its just grey. Oh, and reinstalling doesn't work. Im using Android
