Drag and Drop

On my phone (LG Stylo 4) i have the ability to dual window two apps. Two of which are gallery and discord. Will it be possible to make it so that while I have my gallery open on the top half of my screen, that I can drag a photo to the bottom half of my screen, discord? Wanted to upload a screenshot to show an example but i seem to be unable.
