Permissions for bots to create temporary bots to perform an action as long as it follows some guidelines ie not spamming people etc.

    I dont see how this make any sense whatsoever, the bot itself could just handle the action if it has the permissions to do so

    Uses could include music bots being able to have multiple listeners on the same server
