Tap and hold someones username in chat, and it will show their profile.

I always tap someone in chat, to see their roles, and it just mentions them. It's annoying because on PC/Mac, you can click someone's name in chat. It's pretty useful because if you are on a big server, it's not easy looking through all the online people, trying to find them.
