Detection of invitations (role permission)

Create a new role permission, this permission has the purpose of allowing or denying the sending of invitations. The main purpose of this is to reduce the spam that most users usually do when they enter a server only to place the invitation of their server. There are bots that detect invitations, but it would be good if this comes by default in the permission system of the roles.
