Make non-nitro users frequently used emotes server based again on the mobile app.

This changed a few updates back and as a person who doesnt frequently run nitro this ruins the discord emoji experience on mobile as I can see Frequently used emotes scattered across all servers in every server and DM where I cant use them all.

  Yes please!!!! loading all server emotes also is very laggy on low end phones. I never once had discord lag or freeze my phone until this update was released, almost everytime open the emote tray my phone freezes. I'd love a option to toggle seeing all emotes vs available emotes
