Community paid server boosts without unnecessary blings

Running a small gaming group of ~30 active users, most of the Amazing Perks of Server Boost seem pointless, and group of our size couldn't even get the best tier anyways.

What we'd be happy to pay for would be dedicated server; virtual, shared, whatever, long as it works better than current free ones that have random weekly packet loss at evening when most people are together and playing. Higher bitrate, sure, haven't noticed issues with current one but more is better, right? But the best thing I'd like for our group is the higher file transfer sizes. The few times we have needed to move modpacks or such around there has always been problems in file size.

But shiny animated icons&splashy background.. or.. emotes.. No one in our group even bothers to use emotes in chats anyways so all those things are just plain useless to us. Vanity url would be neat, but still, unnecessary vanity.

And could we maybe in future have some kind of donation pot that pays for it? As in say, we'd get these perks for $5/month; every member on server can see who's donated what when, how much is left in the pot and choose to donate as they feel fair. Money can't be moved away (such as into server owner's pocket) from the pot, and it'll only exist to keep the server perks going.
