Increased member count above 250k

Recently, several non game servers (or companies) have reached the max 250k members for servers. This amount has been raised for certain servers but not others. Personally, I think it's unfair that certain servers are forced to prune in order to keep their server up. I think that if a server is able to gain that many members, than the cap shouldn't be forced on them. We should raise the cap for everyone!

  This is based on hardware limitations. Discord servers with higher group limits probably are in a separate server group. Allowing 250,000 people to post at the same time requires a lot of processing power and storage read writes.
