One person PTT at a time

I’ve seen one other post about this that didn’t gain any attention. It’s a problem in my server where people are always talking over each other. Some of them don’t realize that they are talking over someone. A setting ( enabled by a server dev ) should allow only one person to speak at a time. Like a irl radio. This would greatly improve discord’s overall problems.
