[Android] When viewing the tiers in the new Nitro boosting menu, allow for instant swapping to a menu by clicking it instead of swiping to it.

In the new Nitro boosting menu for a server, you can see all the levels and their perks. However you can only swip through them to get to the next one rather than clicking the badges at the top to go directly to one!
