Get rid of the four digit tag numbers at the end of usernames
This is so frustrating and the reason I took so long to join discord. The useless random numbers at the end of usernames.
When someone irl asks me for my social media, I tell them everything except for discord. Why? Because I can't remember than random 4 digit code at the end. The exact same thing happens when I ask other people. It has happened at least twice, I asked for their username and they just give me their username, not the last 4 digits, since they didn't choose the numbers, and thus, don't remember (or even know its a thing).
No other social media does this, and it makes adding people extremely difficult. There isn't even a reason for it that I can think of.

the discriminator isnt part of my username, my username is the super long one that im not retyping for the 3rd time
on the social media platforms i dont use, i already have to make a modification to the simple name of "iceyash" or "icey_ash" because its taken. i think reddit is the only one where it isnt taken, twitter and one other are the same username, instagram is that my name is taken, twitch is i dont know at this point, and then i dont know what else there is2 -
but the point is, i made an account for apps i dont even use, and i still cant have the name i want
(and i havent even gone to twitch in like, 2 years, cause it was probably a requirement for a nitro thing)2 -

Whoever is impersonating me is doing a pathetic job, the name may be the same, but the way they write doesn't match AT ALL. Kindergarten-level humor and intelligence. I'm trying to admit my mistake, and make peace with you guys. Any future mean posts you see by "poochyena" are NOT written by me, please ignore them.
