Add a button to mute and deafen yourself quickly when in a private call

If you live with other people you may want to mute+deafen yourself if they come in. While there is a mute button there is no button to deafen+mute you, unlike the hotkey you can set up on desktop where you can make it deafen you which also mutes you.
